How to apply

Online application

Students can apply online:

Please follow the instructions on the application.

Application deadline: 

15 June 2015

Students will be admitted on a rolling basis.   

Application materials must arrive at our office by this date.  If the deadline has passed, please email us to see if we will still accept your application.  

Application fee: € 25

• Please use the credit card form for the application fee.  If you are within the EU and would like to pay via Bank Transfer, please send us an email.  We will send you the relevant information to make a transfer. 
• The application fee must be paid before your application will be sent to the Admissions Committee. 
• The application fee of €25 will be waived if your application is received before 1 February 2015.

Transcripts 

Please note that transcripts may be unofficial scanned transcripts.

Letter of Recommendation 

Besides the online application, students should ask their referee to send the Letter of Recommendation via email to: summer-info-gsss@uva.nl . The email should come directly from the referee and the subject line should read: HG 2015– ApplicantsName).

ALL applicants are required to submit a letter of recommendation and it MUST come from the referee's own work or personal email address.    

Referees are not required to use the form below, however, it can be a useful tool.
