We want to get to know you, and thanks to the internet, we have access to more forms of media than ever before. This year, we are trying something new and we encourage you to send in a 3-minute video applications for this course. Don’t worry. The process is easy. Where the application portal asks for your letter of motivation, simply submit a document with a link to your video. It can be hosted on a public or unlisted link on YouTube, Vimeo, or other video hosting platforms. Or, you can share with us a public link from a cloud storage platform such as Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, or others. This link should lead directly to your video. Make sure the link does not expire before 1 August 2020. In your video, we ask you to answer the following questions: (1) What is it that you want to understand about cycling and why? (2) What unique view, skills, and/or background will you bring to the programme? (3) What do you think is the biggest challenge for cycling in your city and why? Although a video is strongly encouraged, we will accept a traditional application essay of maximum 750 words answering the same questions. Note: this is the most important part of your application.
